We offer free UPS ground shipping within the continental United States for most bedding items. For other merchandise, ground service within the continental United States at usual rates. If you need Expedited Service, please specify this in the comments with your appropriate contact information. For ground shipping, most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 5 to 7 business days. We are sorry, but we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. Return & Exchanges

Products purchased online may be returned within 21 days of receiving for exchange, store credit or refund. All items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Laundered, altered or items damaged by use will not be accepted. Personal items such as Comforters, Pillows & Mattress Pads, as well as special orders and items noted as final sale cannot be returned. Sales on items with incorrect pricing due to website error will be cancelled and monies immediately refunded.

Here are the basic steps for a return. Contact Us by e-mail, or you may call us at 800-550-7869 to request a Return Authorization #. We will respond shortly to your inquiry. Pack the item securely (in the original packaging if possible). Please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. Each package requires a Return Authorization Number (RMA). All packages received by BetweenTheSheetsinc.com without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. You can expect a store credit within 10 days of our receiving your authorized return. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
