Shipping & Returns
We currently offer two shipping options within the United States. You may choose Standard Ground or Expedited Service. If you choose UPS Home most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 7 to 10 business days. Need it faster? Expedited will deliver your order within 3 business days after we have filled your order. We are sorry, but we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item.
Here are the basic steps: Please refer to your packing slip for return information. Contact Us by e-mail to request a Return Authorization #. We will respond shortly to your inquiry. Or, you may call us at 800-550-7869. Pack the item securely (in the original packaging if possible). Please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. Products may be returned within 20 days of receipt of the items for store credit only. All items must be in their original packaging and in original condition. Laundered, used or item damaged by use will not be accepted. Each package requires a Return Authorization Number (RMA). After request has been submitted and the return label received, please place the label on the outside of the package. All packages received by BetweenTheSheetsinc.com without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. You can expect a store credit within 14 days of our receiving your authorized return. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
