Walter Moorcroft ‘Anemone’ pattern vase dating to between 1928 and 1949. The vase is of ovoid form with a slightly flared neck.
The vase has tube line decoration of anemone flowers in pinks and purples with green leaves on a deep blue ground. The inside of the vase also
has the deep blue glaze throughout. The vase has the Walter Moorcroft impressed facsimile signature stamp to the base as well as stamps reading ‘Potter To H.M. The Queen’ and
‘Made in England’. The base is also marked with the hand-painted initials of Walter Moorcroft in blue ink. These pieces are very limited in quantity and are very hard to find. Get one while they are available!
